Independent Pilots Association
The Independent Pilots Association is a Professional Association that was formed and is managed by Flight Crew. The Independent Pilots Federation is a registered trade union and offer employment assistance to all pilots who join their membership, from help in compiling CVs, to assistance in securing a job through their many diverse contacts.
My work on the website involved the development of a content management system to handle all content and visible functionality to the front end. My development for the IPA also involved linking the site to a Sage Page (formerly PROTX) payment gateway to allow access to the members area. The updated user data within the members area was also integrated to a separate project within which we developed a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for the IPA.
